AiT spent the last three days getting their Leave No Trace (LNT) Trainer Certifications in the Adirondacks. With this certification, they can train others in Leave No Trace ethics. The certification process included some practice teaching the principles of LNT, applying the LNT ethics to the real world, and learning more about what it really means to Leave No Trace. Now that their training is over, they are spending the next seven days hiking and climbing in the Adirondack Mountains. Below is a photo of the AiTs and their coordinators proudly holding up their certifications.
