Its harvest time here at the farm, and we have been enjoying every last inch of the garden.  We have been hoeing weeds, thinning corn stalks, picking green beans, digging out potatoes, and harvesting everything that you could imagine!  We have also designed and built a spiral herbal garden. This kind of garden allows plants that don’t normally grow together to receive the proper light and shade so that they are able to grow in the same spot.  We built the garden right next to the dining hall so that our chef can pick herbs easily and we can use them in every meal!
