White Mountain Kayak and Climb- Update
These six guys certain know how to have a great time you can tell by the smile of their smiles! They finished up with almost four full days of kayaking on the Saco River in the heart of White Mountain National Forest. I hear that they all really took to white water kayaking and were out paddling their counselors! Needless to say they had a really great time.
On their day off this week the group went on an epic nine mile hike in White Mountain National Forest. They hiked up the Falling Water trail to Franconia Ridge Trail. They summitted three high peaks. The highest, Mt. Lafayette, standing at a towering 5249 feet!
It was really great to see these guys to day. Hopefully we’ll see a couple of them as AITs next summer!
