Introducing Marina Esteve Wagstaff as The New Director of Community Programs
Frost Valley is pleased to announce that Marina Esteve Wagstaff has been named the new Director of Community Programs. Working under the supervision of Jessie Emmons, Director of Youth Development and Innovation, Marina will oversee all of Frost Valley’s Day Camp programs, School Break Camps, Community Events, and its After School Program at Tri-Valley Elementary School.

“I am very excited for Marina to be a part of our Community Programs Team,” says Jessie Emmons, Director of Youth Development and Innovation. “She has such a big heart and wants to give children a safe and loving experience. Marina has been working in camps for a few years now, but before that she was a teacher. She understands the importance of education, but also how to teach outside of a classroom. Marina values diversity and how we can all learn from each other. I am excited to work alongside her as she helps us to continue our work in the local community.”
Marina Esteve Wagstaff grew up in Spain and the UK. Whilst studying at the University of Exeter, Marina started working in various summer camps and over the years has held multiple roles including; Specialty Coordinator, CiT Director and Assistant Director. After working as a 4th Grade teacher, Marina wanted to try something new and relocated to Frost Valley to work as a Program Instructor. Now as the Community Programs Director, Marina is excited to work with the wider community. In her free time Marina enjoys painting, swimming, shopping for vinyl records and spending time with friends.
