Maine Coast Trip
During the past 2 days of biking the extensive carriage trails of Acadia National Park, the Maine Coast Adventure group experienced fabulous weather, gorgeous scenery and all the campers had the opportunity learn new skills. Camper all had the opportunity to lead the group by navigating the route and taking charge of camp set-up.
After 2 days of biking the trails of Acadia National Park, the Maine Coast Trip folks are now getting ready to begin their new adventure –rock climbing. The rock climbing portion of the trip has been described as “one of the most spectacular sights along the North Atlantic Seaboard”.
Next on the agenda is sea kayaking, which David, Alex, Nick, Calvin, Cecilia, and Marcelo are all looking forward to.

Zach eigenbrodt
Born and raised in Wisconsin, Zach couldn't keep himself out of the woods when growing up. He started working at a Northern Wisconsin YMCA Camp as a wilderness trip leader while in college and fell in love with getting kids into nature. The smiles on kids faces after returning from a once in a life time wilderness experience is why he is here today. Zach brought his talents to Frost Valley YMCA, in 2014, when he started as the Trips Coordinator and soon was promoted to Adventure Director. Zach loves all forms of Wilderness exploration, though some would say his heart lies most with canoeing.
