Kareen Donohue is Named Employee of the Month

Kareen Donohue has been Frost Valley’s Assistant Controller since 2022; however, her journey working with Frost Valley YMCA began in 1999. She first came to Frost Valley with her daughter’s Girl Scout Troop, of which she was a co-leader. They stayed in Smith Lodge and that’s when she fell in love with the Valley. Within the next year, she began working at Frost Valley. She has so many favorite memories, but her favorite part of Frost Valley is the Summer. She loves to hear the children laugh, play, and just enjoy being children. Kareen believes the world needs Frost Valley! She wants the entire world to see what we aim to accomplish here and that it would make the world a better place. Kareen keeps Frost Valley going, not only in paying the bills and keeping the lights on, but also by contributing to 332. Congratulations on winning Employee of the Month!
