Ninth Core Value: HYDRATION!
The sun is shining at Frost Valley and the heat is on! So what does that mean for us? HYDRATION! We are ensuring round-the-clock that all our campers and staff are continuously drinking water. Every camper has received a green Frost Valley Nalgene water bottle to help support staying fully hydrated throughout these hot summer days!
Waterfront was a key to today staying nice and cool, as well as sunscreen being out BEST friend! Our counselors also planned indoor activities to allow campers the chance to still have fun and get the shade they need. Some of these activities include arts and crafts, indoor team-building, and more!
Camp is in full swing at Frost Valley YMCA. We are so excited to keep having so much while also staying happy, cool and hydrated!
