The weather cooperated for our young survivors for once.  They collectively made good decisions, and pushed forward a couple extra miles on day 1 to make their day 2 a little less stress strenuous.  They made it to the 9th tallest summit in the Catskill Mtns (Doubletop Mtn).  They all did a great job and made it to high falls for their rappel out of the woods.   Now they get some rest time before they start their multi-night survival trek.  I am seeing some excitement and nervousness.  They are all staying positive about the experience, and looking forward to it.
