The week 2 BG teen survival campers came together with some great energy.  They are learning some amazing new skills in the first couple days:  Fire building, water purification, map and compass reading, small game processing, hiking, scrambling, improvised and proper rappelling, and alot about outdoor cooking.  They are all doing very well.  We did have an overnight with homemade shelters that was rained on.  Not all of them slept well, but they learned the importance of a well built shelter as they all slept under an improvised tarp tent.  We also now understand that the nights up here can get a little chilly.   Spirits are high and the learning continues as we move through our “mountain day” today.   Photos to come soon on .    Thank you and Be Well.
