Our CITs on camp have been learning a lot during their Staff Training week, designed to mirror the same training given to counselors before the summer begins. The CITs have been doing both active, hands-on trainings in addition to workshops on subjects such as behavior management. All of their trainings will serve them well when they begin their in-cabin experience working as a counselor later this week. We’re glad they’re learning so much, and we look forward to seeing their knowledge in action during in-cabin week!
