Dear Wawayanda Campers and Families,

Hello from the beautiful Catskill Mountains! Summer Camp Training is in full swing and all of our Wawayanda head counselors (we like to call them Village Chiefs) are so excited to make this summer the best one yet. On Sunday night, we surprised our Wawayanda Village Chiefs by taking them to Merrill Pavilion for an Overnight full of s’mores, nature exploration, and team bonding. Since all of our campers have an Overnight experience during their time at Frost Valley YMCA, our Village Chiefs made sure to practice their pita pizza-making technique! As you’ll soon learn, Wawa is a place where we’re proud, silly, and proud to be silly! Here are some photos from Sunday night’s overnight and a video of all of the Wawayanda VC’s with their W’s up.

See you so so soon!

Lindsay and Hannah
