Mustang – Eval Day!
After a busy check in day, the girls headed up to dinner and enjoyed pizzas! After dinner they headed back to their lodge for opening campfire where obviously they made s’mores, which everyone enjoyed!
Yesterday morning, the girls enjoyed playing ice breakers and name games before heading down to waterfront. Waterfront was all about learning how the beach and each different section works before taking swim checks to place the girls into the sections that are suitable for them. Then the girls headed up to lunch and had their group photo taken, which you can see on Smugmug! In the afternoon they ventured down to the barn to do their riding evaluations so the barn staff could assign them to a horse that matches their personality, that can basically be their own horse for the next 2 weeks! (they find out today!!)
After dinner the girls had a dance party with the counselors which was a lot of fun!
Today they are looking forward to trying out or ropes element ‘Flying Squirrel’ this morning and then playing some theatre games tonight, as well as obviously finding out their assigned horses today and starting in their lesson groups!
