Yesterday we welcomed 56 amazing campers to the Frost Valley Farm Camp and we couldn’t be more excited! Despite the gray day, campers immediately had the chance to meet our barn animals, explore the garden and plays games like Gaga and Tether Ball.  Last night we opened the session with an awesome opening campfire.  Each yurt had the opportunity to perform for the rest of camp. One yurt even made up their own skits that included characters like our barn cat Charlie!

After an early night, the campers woke up bright and early to start the first round of chores, which include feeding our goats and cows, collecting eggs from the chicken coop and picking kale from our garden.  Through these chores, our campers have begun to learn just what it’s like to live and play on a real farm, and we couldn’t be happier to share this experience with them!

Shine On,
