
Reflection @Home Week 6
For this week’s reflection, we are going to talk about a Brain Dump. It is a quick way to get what is in your brain out of your head and on to paper so you can process it.
Start by asking yourself “How do I feel?” and write it down.
Next, “What is on my mind?”, continuing to write everything down. It doesn’t have to make sense or meet anyone persons expectations. This is for you.
Lastly, “What bothered me today and could I have done anything better?”. Write those feelings as a way to wrap up your journaling.
When you are done, you can rip the page up or throw it away, or just keep it to look back on. We hope this helps you unload some of the heavy things you might be carrying in your brain.
