Skits and overnight plans
Last evening was one of my favorite evening activities of the summer. Each yurt group was charged with making up a skit based on just a few random words. Everyone quickly went to work making up some really funny stuff. It was fun to see the entire crew working on separate pieces that were later going to come together for an entire production. I’m not sure which group made me laugh the most, but I can honestly say that there are a couple of the groups that caused “laughing tears”. Good times! I’ll make sure pictures from the last couple days are up later today.
We have decided to delay the overnight a day. The forecast for today is great for growing rice (it needs a lot of water), but not so hot for kicking back on the grass and enjoying the evening at Pete’s Pavillion. We are going to have the overnight Saturday evening instead when the forecast is for sunny and dry. If anyone knows a fair weather dance please dance it on Saturday!
