Snack Time is Farm Fresh!

A staple of the Farm schedule is afternoon snack time. This week, a group of campers has made it their goal to make Farm Fresh snacks for everyone, every day! Yesterday we the campers made homemade muffins with raspberries and strawberries from the garden, and eggs from our chicken coop. Not only were these muffins delicious, but it’s awesome to ‘literally’ eats the fruits of our labor. Today, the group will harvest Kale from the garden and make Kale Chips.

Having these farm fresh snacks is just one of the many reasons why the Farm is so special.
