Learn nutritious recipes in our Teaching Kitchen that will inspire your family to cook healthy meals all year long.

Depending on the weather, go cross-country skiing or snowshoeing in the breathtaking snow-covered Catskills. Frost Valley provides the equipment so that all you need to bring is warm outerwear and your love of the outdoors.

Want to move inside? You can keep your heart rate up with indoor games like dodgeball or floor hockey or try our climbing wall. This wellness weekend will leave you feeling reinvigorated and ready to take on the year.
