INTRODUCTION
After navigating through the last years of COVID and transitioning to new leadership, Frost Valley YMCA is ready to contemplate what the future has in store for us. We have put together a wonderful group of professionals to lead the development of a new Strategic Plan, and we couldn’t be more excited. Through a series of listening sessions, conversations and team exercises we plan to develop the strategic framework that will guide Frost Valley YMCA into the future, and affirm our position as the camp where all can learn, grow and thrive. Join us!
