Summer Day Camp 2019 Registration is Now Open!
Summer might be months away, but now is the perfect time to register your child for Frost Valley’s Summer Day Camp because many of our sessions fill quickly. Campers spend active days singing songs, swimming in Lake Cole, making tasty, nutritious snacks in the teaching kitchen, playing games, going for hikes, and making new friends. There are plenty of exciting sessions open for anyone looking to enroll their child in an enriching summer camp program.
In addition to our already popular specialities, we’ve added some new ones this year including:
NEW – Fun with Food: Available Session 2a for children entering grades 1-3
Campers will get to try their hand at a number of basic recipes, and learn where their food comes from and how it can be used for more than just eating!
NEW – Mini Chef: Available Session 2b for children entering grades 4-5
Spend the week in our Healthy Teaching Kitchen! Campers will learn to make new recipes and try out healthy twists on old favorites!
NEW – Picture This!: Available Session 2a for children entering grades 4-5
Campers will get the opportunity to try out Digital Photography! With a camera in hand, campers will explore camp and document it through their camera lens. Campers will learn basic photography and will receive a photo to take home at the end of the week.
NEW – Shoot for the Stars!: Available Session 2b for children entering grades 1-3
Spend the week learning about the stars, the skies, and all things outer space. Campers will build a rocket, spend some time in our observatory, and make their own star chart.
Check out our day camp page for a full list of available programs and their session dates. Many of our sessions fill quickly so we encourage parents to register early to secure their child’s spot. Register by calling 845-985-2291 or register online.
