Taco Tuesdays at EVR!
The girls have their horses!
They had their first lesson today, learning the basics of walk, stop and steering. Over the next 9 days, the will groom, tack and love their horses- with the needed extra of horse cuddles.
Today we avoided the rain! Everyone managed to ride, we played ultimate kickball- what makes it ultimate? At each base, there is a challenge, such as do the Macarena, ball into bucket toss, spin round a pole and walk in a straight line.
For Evening Program, we played Wells Fargo. This is when there are two teams, and each need to steal coins from each others bank. The team with all the coins wins. On their way to retrieve coins, each player has a long sock , and if it gets stolen by the other
team they need to stand still until they are saved by another player who has extra socks.
