Welcome Session 2 Campers!
Greetings from Farm camp! Yesterday, we welcomed 45 brand new smiling faces to the farm! We started session 2 off with an opening campfire where we saw many talents, songs and skits from the campers and staff
Everyday our campers wake up in the mornings and head out to do chores before breakfast! They help the farm run by mucking the barn, collecting the eggs, feeding our animals, or setting up for meals in the dining hall.
Today, after breakfast, the campers had their specialty classes! These are activities that the campers will participate in every day for the whole week. This week they get to choose from barn, garden, sports, and painting, among others.
They also had the chance to choose from many different camper choices. This is where they choose an activity that they want to do for one hour that day. Today we had reading in the orchard, slip n slide, hiking, arts and crafts, and many more!
Session 2 has started off wonderfully! The campers and staff are all so excited to see what new adventures we have during this session, and make some great memories. Check back in a few days to see what the farm has been up to!
