Where Land Meets Water
Across the board the Adventures continue. Our trips have made it safely up to their intended locations and have begun their exploration of the surrounding areas. The friendships are forming, the stories are being created, and their lives are being refreshed. These locations are visited by many but the activities we will do are unmatched by most travelers. We look forward to seeing the positive change in each participant comes back with and the results of their intentional work.
Adventure Village spent yesterday learning the tricks of the trail. Gaining hard skills so they may be efficient and competent on their forthcoming trips. The fun continued through the evening with some ropes course challenges and games. Today the campers explore through the mountains on trail for day hikes.

Zach eigenbrodt
Born and raised in Wisconsin, Zach couldn't keep himself out of the woods when growing up. He started working at a Northern Wisconsin YMCA Camp as a wilderness trip leader while in college and fell in love with getting kids into nature. The smiles on kids faces after returning from a once in a life time wilderness experience is why he is here today. Zach brought his talents to Frost Valley YMCA, in 2014, when he started as the Trips Coordinator and soon was promoted to Adventure Director. Zach loves all forms of Wilderness exploration, though some would say his heart lies most with canoeing.
