Enjoy a fall family retreat in the Catskills Join us in October for some spook-tacular events! With pumpkin painting, halloween crafts, and apple cider making, Halloween has never been so eerily exciting. When the sun goes down, we have something for guests of all ages. Bring your costumes for a costume party or the brave at heart can test their courage by walking through our haunted trail…if you dare! We also have plenty of non-Halloween activities planned, too!

Celebrate 60 Years in the Catskills with Us! Registration is open for the 60th Anniversary in the Valley Alumni Reunion! We are welcoming back all of our wonderful alumni to Frost Valley in honor of celebrating our 60th year in the Catskills! Unlike previous reunions, which are traditionally held on Labor Day Weekend, this special anniversary reunion will be held Friday, October 26th to Monday, October 29th.

We provide retreats for cancer survivors and their families to help build a firm path to wellness in Spirit, Mind, and Body. These weekends allow survivors a chance to connect with others who have shared a similar journey and to reconnect with friends and family in a spectacular, natural setting.
