Jessie Emmons came to Frost Valley in April 2018. She is drawn to working with kids at camp, specifically with a focus on diversity and inclusion. As Director of Youth Development and Innovation, she helps to create safe spaces for our staff to learn and grow so that they can provide those spaces for our campers and guests. She believes that people, specifically kids, need a place in the world where they can truly embrace themselves and be celebrated for who they are. Marina Esteve-Wagstaff came to Frost Valley in 2018. As the Community Programs Director, she coordinates and organizes a wide range of programs that help children spend time outside and unplugged. Marina is described as enthusiastic, hard-working, well organized, and a rock star! She was able to seamlessly pull together and run a very successful Day Camp program this summer despite the current circumstances.
