Here in the Valley, Healthy Living is a fundamental element of all we do. We are committed to improving the health of children and families through our fun and engaging initiatives, which include serving healthy meals in our dining hall; teaching classes in our Healthy Home Kitchen; providing active programs like hiking, dancing, and boating; growing fresh fruits and veggies in our gardens; and a host of other activities that not only focus on healthy bodies but also healthy mind and spirit. Below is a sample of just a few of our initiatives (more to come soon!) for you to do at home, with your classroom, or at your organization.
