2024 Tuition Fees
In keeping with Frost Valley’s mission to provide summer day camp for all families, tiered pricing was created to serve families with different abilities to pay. All campers receive the same Frost Valley experience, no matter which amount you choose to pay. Simply choose the tier that is most suitable or comfortable for your family.
Four-tier pricing offers an opportunity for you to take an active role in supporting the true cost of your child’s camp experience at Frost Valley. As you consider your family’s financial situation, please also consider the true cost of camp.
TIER A
reflects the overall cost of running camp for each camper, which includes but is not limited to staff training and certifications, equipment and program supplies, routine facility maintenance, depreciation, as well as utilities and insurance and partial offsets for the other tiers. Please pay this tier if you are able to.
TIER B
most closely reflects the overall cost of running camp for each camper, which includes but is not limited to staff training and certifications, equipment and program supplies, routine facility maintenance, depreciation, as well as utilities and insurance. Please pay this tier if you are able to.
TIER C
is a moderately subsidized rate.
TIER D*
is a highly subsidized rate for local families.
*Only active students who attend school in Grahamsville, Livingston Manor, Margaretville, Ellenville, or Liberty are eligible to pay Tier D prices.
In the event that Tier A, B, C, or D are out of your family’s budget, please contact us about financial aid. Financial assistance can be awarded for up to 2 weeks of camp. We believe every child should have a camp experience. Regardless of the tuition paid, there is no difference in the camp experience for your child!

Financial Aid and Payment Plans
At Frost Valley YMCA, we believe every child deserves a summer camp experience. That is why we offer financial aid – or “camperships” to families who apply. The generous support of donors provides financial assistance to individuals who otherwise would not have this life-enhancing opportunity.
