Meeting Spaces
East Valley Lodge has three meeting spaces that can be set up according to the needs of your group. Our main dining room has a capacity of 65 people; the common area has a capacity of 40; and the sun room has a capacity of 12. We have a variety of table and chair set-ups for each of these rooms to ensure that you have the best arrangement for your conference or training. In addition, during the months of May through October, we have 5 yurts and an arts & crafts building that can also host meeting groups or activities.

Activities
During most trainings and conferences, participants are asked to join in a variety of workshops and meetings. At East Valley Ranch, we are pleased to offer your group a variety of recreational activities to help break up the day, or provide something a little different for your guests to try. Horseback Riding, High Ropes, Low Ropes, Hikes, Team building Workshops, Farm Tours, Night Hikes, and much more are available. We will work to fit recreational activities you’re your schedule.
