The team of survival campers made it though their overnight.  It led them all into a fun and exciting rappel down beside high falls.  Tonight will consist of a cookout dinner with hamburgers and hotdogs.  They all worked hard and are now taking advantage of a little relaxing time.  At the closing campfire, we will award each of our young survivors with a survival camp t-shirt and a select badge/patch to put on their backpacks for their future expeditions.  It was an awesome week, and it was so amazing to see them come together as a team.  Looking forward to seeing each and every one of them back next year […]

Our young survivors woke to a beautiful Wednesday.  The sun is shining and it is still a little cooler today.  Our campers made it over a couple summits in the Catskills.  The photos show them at Lone Mtn and Balsam Cap.  They have all stayed warm and as dry as they could.  Today, They will be covering quite a bit of ground, as they exit tomorrow morning.  Spirits are high, and they are really coming together as an even better team.
