Michelle Webb is named Employee of the Month

Michelle Webb began working at Frost Valley YMCA in August 2016 as a Program Instructor and has since transitioned to be the Front Desk Supervisor. Michelle was drawn to Frost Valley because she loves the mountains and had heard that it was “the promised land” throughout other Y camping circles. The activity she enjoys most is spending time in the snow. She did not grow up around snow, so she was excited to experience it and partake in skiing and snowshoeing. Michelle believes that Frost Valley is a unique experience that gives students, groups and families a chance to interact in new and profound ways. Frost Valley is important to her because it provides the opportunity for people to be present in a way that is difficult to do in one’s day-to-day life. She enjoys being able to play a part in that by being the first interaction that guests have upon their arrival, and “helping them get in the proper mindset to create their own Frost Valley experience.”
